Event Details
- Date & Time: Tuesday, September 23th, 2025, starting at 6:30 PM. Sign-ups at 5:45 PM.
- Notice of Rules: Game rules posted in the house lobby and on our website no later than one week prior to the event, per Michigan regulation R 432.21314
Game Format
- 8 Rounds of BINGO, with prize details announced clearly before each round, per R 432.21317(6)
- Round 1 (Blue): Regular BINGO – Free Appetizer from Union Pier Social
- Round 2 (Pink): Regular BINGO – $20 MILDAS GIFT CARD
- Round 3 (Green): Regular BINGO – HAMPTON WATER ROSE PATIO UMBRELLA
- Round 4 (Yellow): Four Corners – $50 CASH
- Intermission – Option to purchase additional round 7 and cover-all cards.
- Round 5 (Orange): Regular BINGO – FREE PIZZA from Union Pier Social
- Round 6 (Gray): Four Inner Corners – Bar Merch Prize Pack
- Round 7 (Olive Green): “X Marks the Spot” – $100 CASH Round

Entry & Ticketing
- Entry Fee: Minimum $5 donation to Paws for Humanity to play. All bingo card sales are final; no refunds.
- Ticket Purchase Timing: Cards can be purchased before games and during the intermission—permitted by program structure (R 432.21315 includes pricing and availability)
Eligibility & Identification
- Minimum Age: Players must be at least 18 years old. Minors participating in any way (even dabbing cards) will lead to automatic disqualification.
- Prize Payout Disclosures: Prizes totaling $1,200 or more are subject to IRS reporting and withholding; winners must present two forms of valid ID (e.g., state driver’s license and Social Security card)Justia RegulationsLegal Information Institute.
- Multiple Winners: Prize splits evenly. For tangible prizes, winners decide by playing rock-paper-scissors. We have consolation gift cards for unsplittable situations.
Game Play & Conduct
